Dan has been practicing trust and estate law in San Diego since 1985. He is one of a select few attorneys in San Diego County who have been certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Dan's experience spans the spectrum of estate types, from simple to complex. Dan sensitively and conscientiously guides clients through the loss of loved ones and the disability of children and ailing parents. Dan has been involved in estates from the planning stage, through settlement of trusts, to defense of the estate tax return upon IRS audit.

Dan has held a real estate broker's license since he was involved in his family's real estate business in the 1980s. He advises buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Dan advises clients on the formation of business entities, such as family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, and advises the owners on the start-up through sale of their businesses.

Dan's broad life and business experiences make him a preeminent lawyer and counselor-a source of confidence and trust for you and your family. Dan has held the highest rating from his peers (AV by the Martindale-Hubbell
directory) for well over ten years.

Dan is a native San Diegan and a graduate from St. Augustine High School, the University of California at San Diego (cum laude), and the University of San Diego School of Law (law review member and author). Dan is a member of the California State Bar (member of the Trusts and Estates Section) and the San Diego County Bar Association (member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections). Dan remains an active part of each of the schools from which he has graduated and other charities through his volunteer activities. Dan has four children, is an avid golfer, and lover of history and travel.

Paul is a Certified Specialist in Trust, Estate Planning and Probate Law, the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Since he began his practice in 1968, Paul has concentrated his law practice in the area of estate planning and estate settlement. Paul has planned and designed thousands of estate plans for San Diego families and advised trustees and executors, both private and corporate, in the settlement of trusts and estates.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree Magna cum Laude; Masters Degree, Business Administration, University of Arizona; Juris Doctorate, with Honors, University of San Diego School of Law.

Admissions to Courts: United States Supreme Court, United States District Court (Southern District of California), and California Supreme Court and Appellate, and Trial Courts.

Prior Occupation: Contracts Manager, Gulf General Atomic, San Diego.

Originally from Illinois, Paul moved to San Diego in 1958 where he raised his family. Paul is an avid golfer.

Michael Nagle practices in the area of Business and Real Estate law.

He is a native San Diegan and has practiced law in San Diego for over 32 years. Michael is a graduate of University of Arizona and Thomas Jefferson College of Law in San Diego. Mike received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, graduating in the top one percent of his class. He distinguished himself in law school as managing editor of the Law Review and earned numerous academic awards.
